Do not use their services.
Hired a 360 booth & videography for my daughter's 21st birthday which s on the 09/09/2023.
I paid in full and they setup on the day and they had a issue with the camera, on the 360 booth.
It's been 3 months later & we still iting for the final product.
As their "T&C's" states, a 3 week iting period, after event, then the final product will be available.
They don't answer any of my s, or even on .
My wife got Jason, at another event, 2 months after my daughter's function & according to him, he promised he'll send the final product, however we in 2024 already & nothing s sent.
Please to anyone reading this, please don't make use of their services, unless you willing to it 4 months for your stuff.

We very disappointed & I'm getting a bit irritated.
Do not use them , hired a 360 booth for my wedding 02/12/2023. paid in full, they never pitched, no communication on the day, its 3 days later im still iting for my money back. not answering any of my s, only got a back to say the director will give me feedback by the end of the day to say why they didnt pitch.
DON'T use this service I'm not the 1st client they've done this to.... They pitched for our event paid them in full & never gave us our video footage!!! Our event s in September to date no responses via or
