I d a week ago and placed an order for cupcakes and biscuits for our little granddaughter who turned 5....who are very girly BUT nted a Dinosaur party....her big brothers Dinosaur obsession having rubbed off on her. I hoped for the best, just sending a few photo ideas. But what we got s SO IMPRESSIVE!! Beautifully made and absolutely delicious!!! I think the hardest customers are boy children....at the birthday party the little boys freaked over the cupcakes and devoured them! I would say that is a real stamp of approval. Thank you so much!! I will most definitely use you again and l everyone about you
I had my daughter’s birthday coming up the following day and needed a cake baked in basically less than 25 hours. Ok...
1. Taste: I chose a red velvet with cream strawberry filling. Outer icing s butter cream. The cake layers and filling were fresh and not too sweet. Butter cream is butter cream it always tastes sweet but the butter cream with the cake and filling tasted perfectly balanced.
2. Decorations: oh my, the cake look absolutely beautiful 😍. We ordered a lol surprise doll themed cake and it did not disappoint at all. All the decorations were edible and the little dolls were made of edible print and chocolate 😍. The lollipops looked great but did not taste so good mainly because the edible ink s concentrated in them. Small solution for this...Just remove them and enjoy your cake lol.
3. Service: I s skeptical buying a cake online in Pretoria all the y from Vaal as I have never ever bought a cake online but I'm glad I did. The website has multiple options for cake and filling flavors and sizes. Yes I had to get a measuring tape to decide on the size of the cake 😆. It would be great to have some sort of size reference on the website. The order s confirmed almost immediately via and . And I also got order updates through the official number on , very reassuring that you have not been scammed 😑😆. I loved that.
4. Collection: I chose collection method and stated the date and time of collection. On collection day I got a reminder on , nice touch 👌. I s late, for a time slot that I chose, very disappointing of me 😔 but I still found someone at the address to assist me. I appreciate that ❤️.

I recently tried the cakes from baked by Nataleen and s really impressed! The cakes were beautifully presented and tasted even better than they looked. Each slice s moist, flavorful, and perfectly balanced in sweetness.The service s also friendly and prompt and especially loved the fact that they deliver . Predatory business practices.
We ordered some cake pops for our daughter's birthday. Had a chat with a lady - asked for a custom design - she told us to just make a note at the bottom of the order. No mention of additional costs.
We receive an invoice and pay the invoice. One day before we are set to pick up the products, the lady messages us and states that we owe another 50% or they will not release the products.
Exceptionally predatory. Will not be doing business here again.
Stay away - these people will steal from you.
I ordered a birthday cake for my 5 year old son. He loved it!! The cake looked amazing and beautifully decorated. The kids loved the edible toppers. It s delicious and moist. I would 100% order a cake from her again. Thank you Nataleen for making my son's birthday extra special.
