Arnold is friendly and professional and did a beautiful half rainbow arch for my baby's birthday. However, the poor rating is for the quality of the arch and lack of service. As the party began the balloon arch s not properly secured and it fell over and most of the balloons came off. I ed Arnold to see if he could come through to assist in fixing it but he s unable to. We weren't able to use it as decor or for photos, it s left on the side and ended up being a bit of a ste. Disappointed that I paid so much and couldn't use it. The cake stand I requested and paid for (which s part of the package) also sn't delivered.

Terrible experience! I ordered 16 balloons for a birthday and not only s I left iting in a dodgy place for 45 minutes to collect (there is no shop or formal office or anything), but they arrived with one balloon less and the helium faded over night even though I had paid extra for the special gel to prevent that. I messaged to complain and never got refunded for my missing balloon or the gel that didn’t work. Would not recommend!!!!
