Chilli Chocolate Chefs

My experience ordering from CCC s extremely disappointing. The communication s highly unprofessional, particularly on the day of collection for my event. Despite multiple attempts to reach them through their advertised contact details and social media platforms, I received no response or confirmation regarding pickup time, which caused significant and unnecessary stress.
While I understand they were catering for a larger event, that should not come at the expense of other clients. At the very least, clear communication and reassurance that my order would be ready as agreed would have been expected.
Unfortunately, the items themselves were also subpar and did not justify the effort it took to retrieve them. Overall, I am deeply dissatisfied with the service and would not recommend this catering company.

Ordered the Kunafa cheesecake, chocolate lunchbox cake and vanilla lunchbox cake from CCC- absolutely delicious and worth every calorie! The cakes held up for a 1 hour drive and even after a few hours tasted just as fresh and delicious as if it s made just then. Excellent service and divine treats!! 😋🤤

Excellent friendly service from Zinhle. She is very helpful. I have ordered twice for my company for work events. I ordered from the platter menu for delivery. All the platters we ordered were absolutely divine. Our staff had nothing but compliments for the food. These platters are gourmet and the one thing I will say is if it says it feeds 6-8 people it will likely only feed 6 rather than 8. But it is so worth it. I will definitely be using them again. A note on delivery, they were on time and I never had to it or to make sure everything s on track. Hand off s exemplary and instructions were followed to a T. Brilliant! I highly recommend them!!! :)

I ordered , in addition to other platters and a macaron tower, a 20cm Coconut Cake for my daughter's wedding. Collected the cake before 4pm on Sat 20 Dec 2025. Only the bridal couple had a small piece. By the next morning, the cake s gone off after keeping it in the fridge. Had to throw the entire cake away. I did speak to Zainab about it on 22 December 2025.... and never heard from her again. I've always praised the standard of Chilli Chocolate and seems like their quality and standards have dropped. Very disappointing.

Excellent service! I s in such a rush on their busiest day, and they were able to whip up 2 lunch box cakes and personalize them for my birthday in 5 minutes! Delicious and wonderful! And R150 for a lunchbox cake that is soo filling and tasty :)

If there ever s a synonym for the word "decadent" it would have to be "Chilli Chocolate Chefs". I stumbled upon this charming eatery while picking up a pre ordered assortment of cakes and goodies for a kids party. It is a cozy shop, with splashes of pink colors and crisp white decor. Chef Zainub is a wonderfully informative and friendly host at the counter, a professional in every sense of the word. On to the baked goods.... Goodness.
The chocolate and hazelnut loaf cake s presented to us minutes after it departed the oven. It s rm and the shop s filled with a nutty buttery chocolatey aroma that s indicative of the heavenly flavours to come..
The unicorn cupcakes were little magical treats, vibrant with color and taste.
The chocolate cupcakes were a simple but fantastic combination of soft cupcakes and a seriously addictive chocolate sauce.
The brownie bonanza box s just that. A Bonanza of gooey chocolatey brownies, with different toppings and little taste surprises of textures and flavours. Wonderful.
The mixed cheese cake box s my personal favorite. A wonderfully surprising selection of cheese cake assortments. The phyllo pastry offerings hinted at masterful pastry making, light and buttery, reminiscent of the Byzantine era, injected with a modern dose of cheese cake toppings and nutty flavours.
A wonderful experience. All the goods were expertly packaged, and sturdy. (It survived unscathed thro a hell ride to the venue with my brother in law who shares a dream of being a rally driver. )
A true gem of the culinary world, please go and try them out . Now. 🤣 🙌👍.

Yes yes yes ! Quick responses. Efficient service. Wow menu. Amazing presentation. Thank you ladies for a wonderful addition to my little soiree. The sliders were so cute I felt bad to eat them 🥹🤭. They were beautifully presented on little gold trays, and the spring rolls on little bamboo boats. They cater for weddings and occasions of any size. We hosted a company function at work this week and we were definetly stuck on what to get. Something different yet delicious s our go to and the Chilli Chocolate Chefs did not disappoint!
We ordered the most decadent chocolate mouse I have ever eaten. And the presentation s spot on, definitely something I would generally see at a 5 star restaurant. The pictures speak for themselves!

I ordered a croquembouche and 8 dozens of various little desserts for a party. The desserts were beautifully constructed with precision, were exactly like the reference pictures, tasted as amazing as I hoped and imagined. The desserts elevated my party to a taste experience my guests couldn't get enough of. I ordered on their line which s attended to very quickly. They responded quickly throughout the ordering process and I got my invoice minutes after I gave my large order. Everything s prepared on time as promised.. Really professional. From start to finish, using Chilli Choc Chefs s the most pleasant, stress-free, enjoyable experience in the party preparations for my function.
