I had an incredible experience with sipho and Veon from Africa Drone Kings. My DJI Mavic 4 Pro needed repairs and they managed to diagnose and fix the issue within two working days, which honestly exceeded my expectations.
What made the experience even better s that they were able to repair it locally, meaning I didn’t have to send my drone all the y to DJI in China and it weeks for it to come back. For someone who relies on their drone for professional work, that kind of turnaround time is priceless.
Their communication s clear, professional, and friendly throughout the process, and you can really l they know these drones inside out.
If you’re a drone pilot, filmmaker, or content creator and need reliable servicing or repairs, I highly recommend Africa Drone Kings. Fantastic service, quick turnaround, and genuinely great people to deal with.
Thanks again Sipho & Veon — really appreciate the help! 🙌🚁

I’m very disappointed with my experience.
I brought in my DJI Mini 3, and according to the shop it s booked in with one controller and one battery. When I collected it, I s given the drone back only with the controller, the battery s missing.
I contacted the shop immediately and even provided a video showing me opening the parcel I received, clearly without a battery inside. Despite this, they claim no battery s booked in and have now stopped responding to my messages.
I simply nt my battery back or a proper resolution. Unfortunately, the lack of communication and responsibility has been very frustrating.
Veon is excellent. Always helpful with great advice. He is an asset to ADK and i specifically check the site regularly as i know my purchases will be safe in his very capable hands, and that any queries will be responded to immediately. Thanks Veon.
I initially nted to give Africa Drone Kings Somerset West a five-star rating because of their friendly, attentive, and prompt service.
However, the repair process for my drone turned out to be frustrating. I repeatedly had to for updates instead of receiving proactive communication from their side.
When I eventually received my drone back after six weeks, the propellers were still visibly damaged, which made it clear that their quality-assurance processes need serious improvement.
Summary: A friendly and knowledgeable team—especially on the sales side—but communication and repair quality fall short. Their repair checks and customer service follow-through require significant improvement.
Hi, thanks a million. I really received superb service from @Veon Allister April. He s very knowledgeable and friendly without forcing anything onto me. Will definitely recommend them
I ordered a done online. After about 30 minutes I s ed and told that they "had sold 'that one' 10 minutes before I ordered". but they could order me one for R2000 more than that price. (not on special). Avoid.
I recently bought a drone with Goggles from We Buy Drones in the Strand, and the experience s fantastic. The service s amazing—friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. Great prices and excellent customer service made this an easy 5-star experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality drones at the best prices!
Veon s so helpful and friendly. Explained everything so well. Very good salesperson. Thanks so much Veon.
Highly recommended. Dave is just amazing. Fast, friendly, helpfull and honest. A true diamond in the rough. In a world full of scams, it is nice to know that there are still some people like this. I will definately support them in future. Very good communication s provided throughout my purchases. Keep up the good work.
Awesome service. Resolved my drone problems efficiently and they have accessories that I couldn’t get in other places. 👏👏
