A well managed company!!!
I do all my laser work at Elegen. Andrea and his team strive to keep everyone happy and to get work out in your time frame.
They have expanded recently and host 2 fiber lasers and punching machines. They have a cnc bender inhouse and can do all powdercoating you need.
Always a pleasure doing business with them.

Bad turn around time on quoting
Just to get a simple price on a Alternator takes more than 1 to 2 day's. If I look at all the reviews here(and as I thought), your aftersales service is would also be not good.
I have been trying since (17:05:2023)to get these people to come out and service the generator that we bought from them. But everyday there is a new asking for this and that information about the generator. My question is aren't these people suppose to have this information on hand seeing as they are the ones that supplied us with the generator or do they nt the generator to get so messed up that they end up changing us lots of money because it's no longer a small problem it's now bigger because they never came out to do anything. Who ever is in charge need to be doing there jobs properly and see that the customers problems is resolved. Isn't that the first rule of business is to keep your customer happy. As you can see we are not happy with the lack of service we are getting. Hope things changes soon
Terrible service for spares. Think twice about buying this product as you will never be able to get spares, you wont even be able to service your generator as no one ever comes back to you. I have delay with DBN and JHB and they are both terrible, even if the part is on stock, you cant get any answers from anyone, and most of the time they dont have stock, and they dont give two hoots about trying to get back to you. there is NO customer service. I have been iting for nearly 2 months for a fuel lift pump, and I cant even be told when one might be coming in. and what does the farmer do in the meant time? it while Elegen takes their sweet time to do anything about it
