Venue hire at Kids Era! gives hosts private use of the space during one of three time slots offered Monday to Sunday. Morning sessions run from 09:00 to 12:00, afternoon sessions from 14:00 to 17:00, and full day bookings from 10:00 to 16:00. Gates open 60 minutes before your session to allow for set-up, and the team cleans and prepares the venue between parties so everything is ready on arrival. Tables and chairs for both children and adults are provided, along with crockery and cutlery, kids cups, glasses, and coffee cups. An urn with tea, coffee, milk and sugar is included, and there is a kitchenette with a fridge and freezer that can accommodate an ice-cream cake, plus a microwave for quick rming.

Comfort and accessibility are well considered. The venue is wheelchair accessible and includes a wheelchair friendly bathroom, and there is a full baby changing station for families with little ones. Safe parking is available inside the venue for added peace of mind. For outdoor catering and relaxed entertaining, braai facilities are provided, with guests bringing their own charcoal and utensils. Black tablecloths for two adult outside tables are included, and baths for drinks help keep refreshments chilled and close at hand.

The star attraction is the expansive outdoor playground, created to keep children happily occupied for hours. It features imaginative play structures that include an airplane and a helicopter, a doll house and a sailing boat with a cabin, plus a big jungle gym and a large sandpit. Active play is encouraged with a mini soccer field complete with goals and a soccer ball, a cycle track with scooters and bikes, a basketball hoop, climbing ropes, a balancing beam, a climbing ll, swings and an underground cave or fort for adventurous exploring. A zip line adds extra excitement for children under 12 within the stated safety guidelines.

Inflatable fun is part of the package. A jumping castle is included with venue hire, and a slip and slide is available as an optional extra for rm-weather parties. For safety, equipment operation aligns to venue rules and weather conditions, with the team pausing certain activities during rain or lightning if needed. These clear guidelines help keep celebrations running smoothly while children enjoy the facilities.

Hosts can choose packages that include a complete theme decoration set-up with balloons, or simply add individual services to tailor the look. Balloon bouquets and organic arches feature prominently, with past setups showcasing favourites such as Frozen, Sonic, Hulk, Minnie Mouse, Bluey and even a Springboks-inspired table. Backdrops, arch lls, a sweet table and various stands and décor items are available to elevate the party aesthetic and create a cohesive theme in photos.

Catering is adaptable too. Some packages cater for children, while adults often opt to self-cater using the venue’s facilities. Guests typically bring their own cake, food and drinks, and there are options to braai on site. The venue can discuss assistance with select items on request, although managing these directly can be more cost effective for many families.
