Dr Phelokazi Nguqu is super attentive, beautiful bedside manner and thorough. After being disappointed by two female Docs from a different practice before, Dr Phelokazi listened to my concerns and helped me take the necessary steps to figure out what s wrong.
Some doctors make you feel like just a number, but Dr Nguqu is a real one. I cannot sing her praises enough.

Dr. JP Suzor is an outstanding GP! He provided my husband with excellent care — thorough, professional, and genuinely compassionate. He is clearly very knowledgeable and extremely kind, taking the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and make us feel supported every step of the y. We are so grateful for his dedication and the exceptional care he provides. Highly recommend Dr. JP Suzor to anyone looking for a GP who truly goes above and beyond for his patients!

Dr Jess Kunhardt is an absolute gem of dentist for littles! Ah my mommy heart couldn't feel more at ease knowing that my baby is in such amazing hands! Dr Nozi, her anesthesiologist is also gold!! Yes yes yes! Thank you Dr Jess. You are amazing.

I visited Intercare for the first time in October 2025. What a horrible experience. Interestingly enough, many others that live in this area, are also ling me that they avoid this practice at all costs. I s attended by Dr Phelokazi that treated me unfairly. I had brain surgery done in July and I have other personal matters and concerns. She made me step out of her room to a close family member to talk to in private and interrogated my family member as if she didn't believe my story at all. No doctor has ever treated me this y before. She said I needed a psychologist and also didn't help me with what I needed. I needed a Lancet referral letter that could point out what tests I needed in my particular case and point out whether I need blood or urine samples taken. After she treated me like a liar, I finally got the referral letter that didn't even point out whether I needed urine or blood tests done nor what tests needed to be done. This we only realised at Lancet, after I obviously already paid for my appointment at intercare. After numerous communications with Intercare Wilgeheuwel for a refund, they keep on dismissing me. So please listen to my advice. Avoid this place at all costs. I am hearing enough complaints about other doctors as well. DO NOT GO THERE. EVER. This is not a place of excellence. And dear intercare, don't even bother replying to this review with "we are sorry you experienced it this y". You have gaslighted me enough in my personal inbox already. To the readers: go to actual good doctors in Roodepoort. Like Dr Nicolette Oliver. Or Dr Charlene de Greeff. I only went to intercare because it's around the corner and Lancet didn't nt to help me without a Dr's referral letter. But dear readers...do yourself a major favour and stay away from this place. Go to my actual GPs I've mentioned here. They are doctors you can actually trust and that will care about you. I've never had a doctor that questioned my sanity. Especially after the already traumatic year I've had. Keep my money intercare. But know that going forward, you WILL NOT ever get a good word from me. EVER.

Dr.Harry The dentist s really kind and easy to talk to, which made the whole thing y more relaxed than I expected. Felt comfortable the whole time. Would definitely recommend.

I always receive good service from this Healthcare center. From reception staff to the Doctors everything runs smooth and my medical aid covers all costs never any hiccups or lack of communication. I like their booking system, it is easy to use plus you receive an sms and immediately after you book and reminders.

I have always feared dentists in the past, due to prolonged trauma suffered by previous dentists. Dr Harry Vermeulen, practices utmost respect for my anxiety, he allows me to breathe, relaxes me. He offers a plan (even when life is tough financially) he will break things down in stages to help. His work is phenomenal. He gave me the opportunity to smile with confidence daily. The only problem i have is that he is so good, you need to schedule time in advance to see him - prepared to it though! I have and will ALWAYS recommend Dr Harry to anyone. Thank you Dr Harry Vermeulen.

Dr.'s very good. Accounts department is a joke. Getting threatened with lawyers even though account s settled on the same day by medical aid. Sent them proof on numerous occasions but the letters keep coming.

Worst service ever from front staff. Needed to make a ephonic consultation with Dr Cilliers, as in pain. First they l me i have no fees outstanding, then i all of a sudden have R500 outstanding. I am refused medical care because of this amount. I explained to the lady that i am working, i can pay the amount on Saturday, but need meds today. I have always paid my levies. She refuses to make an appointment for me. I then ask to speak to the practice manager, the gets put down in my ear. Intercare please help!!!!!!!!!!

Cleaning lady s very rude towards me not allowing me to use the bathroom and spoke to badly towards me why I cannot use a different bathroom as its my second time there not knowing where to go !! Really bad manners of her speaking to patients like that
