It is truly the best hiring service we have experienced!!! We were dropped last minute by our co ordinator. Nonetheless, we received amazing service, kind delivery guys, efficient admin and their products were topclass. Even down to the little kiddies Tiffany chairs & tables for the wedding. Outside wooden furniture and everything wooden, back drop and conversation table that doubled up as a bar = topclass. They helped make our event special. So much so, that the compliments kept coming. The porcelain cake stand and cake knife & fork in gold s magnificent too. Their back drops and their guys helped us to set it up, truly thankful for this. Plates and under plates were of a perfect quality
Our 10 kiddies had the best seats down the aisle with the cutest white Tiffany chairs. And the indoor seating for them looked fabulous. A HUGE SHOUT OUT TO SPECIAL EVENTS! Thank Kalyen and team for your special service. The name special events is very matching!

I communicated with this company around November of 2023 to acquire hiring goods for my wedding.
I ed the company and spoke to the manager, asking her about her availability for me to come and speak to her about my query in person, as this is what I preferred.
I did not appreciate how after I calmly asked multiple times to discuss my query in person, she retorted to me over the (in an incredibly unkind and abrasive tone) that she would not help me at all as I did not nt to provide details of my case over the (because I felt more comfortable discussing these in person).
I made it clear that I s more than welcome to work around her availability and schedule. As a customer (potential or existing), it is my prerogative as to whether I would like to discuss over the or in person.
As a manager, it is her job to be willing to meet with clients in person if this is what they feel more comfortable with, and to possess the people-skills for this kind of interaction. It is unfortunate that this manager seemed to be lacking in these skills.
I found her behaviour appalling, the likes of which I did not experience from any other supplier during the journey of planning my wedding.
As a result, I unfortunately will not and can not recommend this company to anyone.
