we had an absolutely wonderful experience at Total Ninja!
From check-in to check-out, the service s exceptional. The two hosts/concierge assigned to us were amazing — friendly, attentive, and made sure everything ran smoothly throughout the day. Their professionalism and energy truly made the experience memorable for both the kids and adults.
We especially loved how organized everything s and how engaging the activities were for the children. The venue s spotless, well-supervised, and full of fun!
Honestly, there’s nothing I can think of that needs improving — you’ve set the bar really high. Please extend our gratitude to the entire team for their outstanding service. We’ll definitely be back again soon!

Good family friendly place, nice and spacious, value for money. Just be mindful of not leaving your cellphones and purse/llet in the designated locker as I have noticed that if your locker can’t open and you asked for assistance, the person allocated just opens the locker without asking any questions, to check if it is really your locker. This seems like a security risk but other than that, it’s quite safe place. Oooh and their on site cafe’s food is so delicious!!!

We went to the Total ninja with the BPA team for our year end activity.
Clean environment and good service from our own concierge who s friendly and took us through the different courses. We had a lot of fun and laughter 😃.
We ordered their food, drinks and ice cream, good portions. The food s delicious.
I would like to bring nephews to Total ninja in January. 😃

The place is amazing.. the atmosphere and everything the stuff in front s very attentive and very helpful, can't say the same with the kitchen and the stuff assisting on the food side. I ordered two pizzas and soft drinks and that took 30 minutes plus , giving an excuse that the printer sn't working mind you we came at 2 all day they have been open sn't the printer working then?! Stuff on the food side very chilled since it's not their problem it's the kitchen they remain so cool about it. I love the place I will definitely come again but I will come full. Get food rather elsewhere.

A well thought of entertainment centre for all ages and a relaxing place for anyone who doesn't nt to get "moving" . Kids will have an all round fun experience and so will the adults who choose to or just nt to hang around while either celebrating a birthday or just socialising.

This is hands down the best place to go if you're looking for an amazing party venue. The booking process s so seamless and easy, and the team took care of all the details for us. The staff were so kind and attentive, and there's tons of staff everywhere to make sure your children are safe and having fun! The kids had an absolute blast and we ended up having to extend our party time because they were having so much fun. Special thanks to our host Tee for being incredible and taking care of us today - we really appreciate it so much. Thank you to management and the admin staff as well for helping us organise all of this. We had the best time and we'll definitely be back. :)

A great y to get the heart racing. Thoroughly enjoyed bouncing from the lls like a ninja. The obstacle course section s very hard; I can't imagine many people are able to complete it. Food options are also fun, though I would have appreciated some healthier options. Overall, the facility is clean and a great place to bring your kids.

This is a fantastic place to bring kids from age 4 upwards. Its clean, well-staffed with a really decent menu. There is a huge seating area for parents to relax. The Inflatable arena is a brilliant y for kids to burn off energy and have fun while doing it!

What an amazing experience. We all took part in the fun as a family. My mom of 63 enjoyed it, its quite the workout so take a towel with. The food prices are very good, it must be a bucket list experience for everyone. It truly s an amazing experience
