Fast Colour has had two very expensive ornaments aka portable air cooler units standing in our factory for a number of years now. They haven't worked for a very long time as the ter pumps ran dry and burnt out. These units are not locally manufactured products, and it has been a journey and a half to find a supplier who s prepared to repair them.
After some time, we came across a company who services and repairs similar air coolers, and they tried their level best to repair ours, but weren't successful in sourcing the parts. They very kindly referred us to H20 Airconditioning.
From the initial ephone conversation, I knew we were talking to the right people. Louis and his team were in the middle of a project, and firstly asked if we could give them a week to conclude their work. And a date s set for our air coolers to be assessed. Immensely diligent in his communication, Louis kept in contact until we met on the day.
After his assessment, we were thrilled to receive his verdict that our units were repairable. To mitigate the pumps from running dry, he recommended retrofitting a float valve system.
Our units were uplifted, serviced, retrofitted and descaled. They were returned to us in far better condition than what they've been in, in years.
We now have two fully functioning, effective air cooler units in our factory. Resulting in 20 very happy and cool colleagues who are working at their optimum levels!
