Very unprofessional technical staff. Management is not client friendly. They were holding our M300 for several months. It came back disassembled. They refused to give back missed parts. Don’t even go there. isting a time and money.

Africa Drone Kings are the best in Gauteng. Their customer care service s excellent. They kept me up to date informing me all the time regarding repairs on my drone. Price excellent and lead time at the utmost best. Will highly recommend them!! Tnx Fredrica! Blessings.

What AMAZING service!!
I very urgently needed a DJI part and found it online at ADK. I am not a regular customer (but will definitely be in the future!) I placed an order with same day delivery, even though I missed the cut-off time by half a day... The package s packed and picked up within an hour, and delivered to me the next day, 2-hours before my lunchtime event!
The best part... nothing s expedited! THEY DIDN'T KNOW! This is their normal service!
I am flabbergasted and impressed that service like this exists! It is now the example for my team to beat!
Well done!!

I wouldn't recommend anyone to this service,
ADK charged me R750 just for an assessment for 3 weeks only to l me that they need to order a core board worth R15,000 from China before they could even begin repairs. My drone is worth R10,000, so it made no sense to spend more than its entire value on repairs. I decided to take it back, losing my R750 in the process.
I’m very disappointed with ADK, especially considering the name they operate under.
Thanks to Omnisky Drone Repairs, I had an excellent experience with their drone repair service.
They quickly diagnosed the issue and repaired my drone within a week without charging me assessment fee. Everything s clearly explained, my drone left rear arm, board and switch were replaced and they had my drone flying again in no time. The quality of their work is truly top-notch — far better than what I experienced with Africa Drone Kings (ADK).
Omnisky Drone Repairs, on the other hand, truly delivered great service and value.

Absolutely shocking service I’ve been trying to order online from Cape Town. A part that’s only available and in stock in Gauteng and explained my frustrations to the sales guy answering the only to receive a hot headed guy ed Brad say hello in a strong tone and the conveniently cuts 🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️ absolutely shocking and the websites not working. I’m appalled. The western cape staff were at least polite and helpful but didn’t have stock so couldn’t assist me.

What a rip off, very, very very poor.
There is a much better & cheaper place to have your drone repaired probably less than 1km around the corner.
I had took my drone to ADK, what a mistake never again.
They charged me R750 to evaluate & quote on the repairs as the gimbal s stuck. The quote s over R7,000 (which included lots of extras that didn't need replacing) for repairs. I am currently seeking to have my R750 refunded.
I then took it to the said company which is 1km around the corner who took my gimbal apart to see if it s fixable, with no charge. As a new gimbal s required they replaced it with the total bill coming to R3,300.
Omnisky give 1st class and quick service without ripping you off.

Bunch of clowns
What a bunch of clowns. I bought a product online and paid online. The website for days only said processing in the recent purchases tab. So I contacted them. I s promised on Monday that my order will arrive on the latest the Friday. Only after twice contacting them on the Friday after lunch when the website still said still processing to ask whats happening. And suddenly 2 hours after that only did they start to process the order. Then they send me an with a sales invoice: "Kindly find your invoice attached. Please send your proof of payment to ***********, if you have not done so already." This s paid online on their website.
This online store is the worst in the world. What a bunch of clowns!

Ripoff, firstly they charged R800 for an "assessment" fee which s just calibration tests that you can do yourself on your controller. After iting 7 days for the assessment they told me what I had told them s the issue already which s the gimbal sn't calibrating and quoted me R8795 to fix! I sent it to unique drones and they fixed the issue the same day they received for R1800 with original DJI parts. Would 100% recommend unique drones over African drone kings for repairs

Excellent service from Africa Drone Kings! Next day delivery on an item I desperately needed for a shoot and they were the ONLY ones I could find that had one left in stock. Very happy! The guy that confirmed the stock over the assured me it will be delivered in time and they did not disappoint. Very friendly and professional.
